In addition to the terms and conditions displayed in this market place and/or in our Web Store,
the following terms and conditions apply to these listings:
1-You are expected to contact us directly in 30 days should you have any questions or concerns about your order or should there be any type of problem with your order.
We usually work out any problems fast and provide fast solutions such as item replacement, alternative compatible item and of course, a fast, hassle-free refund Problem not solve or item replacement not availalbe.
2-We stand behind our products and we put the customers first in all scenarios,
please communicate with us prior to behaving negatively before any -ve reviews / feedback and we will take well care of you.
After opening a case and or leaving negative reviews/feedback, our choices are limited to the rules of the market place or merchant system where the case was opened so the chances of a hassle-free and fast resolution decrease.
We strongly encourage you to contact us first to make things right. befor contacting your financial institute.
3-We do not offer free shipping on most instances, specially when dealing with international orders. If we were to offer free shipping, we specify it clearly in our listing. See details under “Shipping policy” below.
4-Used products: We sell both, brand new and used product. Used products are thoroughly tested but even after passing all of our Q&A tests. Some of our thousands of products may fail, although that is extremely rare. The failure rate is usually less than 1% which is the standard for
any brand new product but after our testing is performed, we can proudly say that our used products are as good as new and do share a 1% failure rate as well. Should you have any problems with our products,we stand behind our products 100% and we have the equipment to test and retest products. In several cases a return is not required. If you consider a return to be a hassle, please let us know and we may just refund you without requiring a return at our own discretion. We highly value happy customers!
5-Warranty: To start with, you have a 14 day satisfaction warranty on all products. And 30 days return.

THREE WARRANTIES FOR ONE PRODUCT!
Satisfaction, Manufacturer’s, and Goodwill Warranty:
We offer a 14-day satisfaction warranty in all of our products, Most of the brand name products we offer are very reliable but in the event of a manufacturer’s malfunction, we’ll issue a REFUND or a REPLACEMENT ITEM unless othervise mentioned on product page.
Our 14-day satisfaction warranty begins on the day your order is shipped and it applies to all items in our Web Store, unless otherwise specified on the product listing.
The manufacturer of each product also offers its Manufacturer’s warranty on most products, such warranty varies on each specific product from 30, 60, 90 and even lifetime warranty. All of such warranties begins on the day an item becomes available in our store. Please keep in mind that items that have been available in our store for a number of years, including EOL, end of life product, and/or surplus products may no longer carry their manufacturer’s warranty.
Used product would usually no carry a manufacturer’s warranty, although we still warranty the product.
Our GOODWILL warranty consists of our promise to do everything in our power to make sure you’re satisfied with your product and you obtain all our support from our store and from the manufacturers of our products.
Think of it like when you go to court and see a Judge. No matter what the situation is, we always try our best to ensure to do what is fair and we will usually go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.
All of our orders are shipped mostly via Postal Services within 2 business days of each purchase. unless otherwise backorder or special product or mentioned induvadually on product page.
Some of them do ship within 24 hour and that would usually be expressed in each item’s listing. You may always contact us to find out when exactly your item will ship. We usually provide you with quick responses by email is always prefered mathode of communication.
Every product in our store has a shipping cost and the customer is responsible to pay for that shipping cost unless clearly stated in the listing. International orders definitely have a cost. Sometimes the shipping cost is not automatically calculated and added to the purchase as we are not able to predict all shipping costs for every country that we ship to. Expect a follow up email from us should your order show no shipping cost that was not specified on the listing.
Although we calculate the shipping cost and provide you with it afterwards. Feel free to place your order as you have the choice to accept or deny the shipping charges at your discretion and we may just cancel the order for you and refund you in full.
All Shipping, Custom and brokarage charges are sololy buyers responsibility.
we do not charge custom and brokarage charges unless it incure to our account those charges are directly between buyers and related department / Company)
Shipping charges will be added with price? but in some cases we have rights to ask extra shipping charges if real shipping charges are more then specified.
All Return Shipping Charges are sololy buyers responsibility.
Also you can get a bill of Custom and brokarage charges if you wont follow return process and if charges incur .
No Returns Without Authorization: We are not responsible for any returns sent without an RAN# (Return Authorization Number). This number must be displayed on the outside of the returned package. To obtain an RAN, please send us an e-mail.
RAN‘s expire 10 days after the date they’re issued. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
International Returns must be with ordinary Postal services only. Please do not use courier services for return and Put $ 5 value for custom for return product as it dose not have any value.
Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless there’s a manufacturer’s malfunction and such malfunction was reported to us no more than five(5) days from the date the item was received.
We do not cover physical damage.
Shipping charges include handling, processing, and/or freight fees and are not refundable.
All return requests are to be submitted via e-mail no less than 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Our adapters and power supplies are not include separate power cord as it can increase shipping cost and power cords are very common and very cheap that you can find locally very easily.
If you got with power cord you should appreciate as it will consider bonus.
If you did not get power cord please buy locally or use your old one and please do not complaint.
Please be patience some time delays happen mostly from shipping carrier we do not have any control on shippers but we guaranty you will not loose any thing sooner or later you will get your item or we will send replacement free of charge.
